Community Guidelines
Last updated: April 12, 2026. Version 1.1
These guidelines apply to all users of OxieAI and the community features (shared styles, public results). They complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. The Short Version
Be respectful. Create original work. Don't use OxieAI to harm others or break the law. If you're unsure whether something is OK, it probably isn't.
2. What You Can Create
OxieAI is built for:
- Portraits and headshots from your own photos
- Product photography for ecommerce and marketing
- Social media content and lifestyle visuals
- Short animated videos created from your photos
- Concept art and creative projects
- Custom style presets you share with the community
You own the images and videos you generate and can use them commercially, subject to these guidelines and the Terms of Service.
3. What You Cannot Create
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and, where required, reporting to authorities:
- Content sexualising minors in any form. Zero tolerance.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people, including "undressing" or sexualising photos of individuals without their consent.
- Deceptive deepfakes of real people designed to mislead, defame, harass, or impersonate.
- Images of real people without a lawful basis, including public figures in defamatory or misleading contexts.
- Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or similar characteristics.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm.
- Illegal content under Ukrainian law, EU law, or the law of your jurisdiction.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrighted characters, and branded assets you do not have rights to.
- Fraudulent content such as fake IDs, currency, documents, or evidence.
Our safety filters automatically block many of these categories. Attempting to bypass the filters is itself a violation.
4. Uploading Photos of Other People
If you upload a photo that contains someone other than yourself, you must have their consent to process their image with an AI tool. This is your responsibility, not ours. For minors, you must be the parent or legal guardian. If someone asks you to remove or stop using their image, do so immediately.
5. Shared Styles and Public Results
When you choose to publish a custom style or make a generated result public:
- Other users can view it and may copy the prompt to reuse the style.
- You remain the owner of the content, but you grant other users a licence to view and reuse the style within OxieAI.
- You can revoke sharing at any time from your account.
- Published content must follow all community guidelines. We may unpublish content that violates them.
6. Account and System Integrity
To keep the Service fair and available for everyone, you agree not to:
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit free credits or promotional offers.
- Use bots, scripts, or scrapers that place disproportionate load on the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the models, prompts, or infrastructure.
- Interfere with other users' access or security.
- Circumvent usage limits, safety filters, or paywalls.
7. Reporting and Moderation
If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it to [email protected]. We review reports within a reasonable timeframe and act proportionally.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Remove the offending content
- Restrict your ability to publish or comment
- Suspend your account temporarily
- Permanently terminate your account without refund
- Report the matter to law enforcement where legally required
For serious violations, particularly those involving the categories in Section 3, we reserve the right to act immediately and without prior warning.
8. Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted in error, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of the action. Include your account email and a short explanation. We'll review and respond.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines as the community grows or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice.
